Prohibited Goods
Customers must not store (or allow any other person to store) any of the following items at our facility.
⚡ Battery & Electronic Device Restrictions
- Portable battery chargers, power banks, or similar portable power
- Lithium ion batteries over 160Wh, unless built-in and non-removable from otherwise permitted goods (with limits)
- Limit of five battery-powered vehicles (e.g. E-Scooters, E-Bikes, mobility devices and children's ride-on toys) unless batteries are removed
- Limit of ten (in total) of the following: laptops, tablet computers, children's toys or other similar items containing built-in batteries
Prohibited Items
Food or perishable goods unless securely packed so they are protected from and do not attract vermin
Any living creatures
Combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases
Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances
Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
Any item that emits fumes or odours
Any illegal items, substances or goods illegally obtained such as illicit (counterfeit/smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods
Goods which are environmentally harmful or that are a risk to the property of any person
Currency, deeds and securities
Items which are irreplaceable by their unique nature or of significant value to the storer due to personal sentimental reasons
Not sure if an item is permitted? Please contact our team before storing anything you're unsure about. Storing prohibited goods may result in immediate termination of your storage agreement.
